Alan Shepard II

Associate

Alan Shepard II is a fierce and dedicated advocate for his clients. He spent the bulk of his legal career representing nationwide real estate developers and defending corporate entities in high exposure bodily injury cases. He has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in personal injury cases, which gives him insight into how the plaintiffs’ bar values and fights cases.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Alan earned a Master’s in Education, and was a high school teacher and coach. His teaching skills translate to patiently scaffolding the process of a lawsuit for his clients as well as educating opposing counsel, mediators, and juries on the strengths of his client’s cases.

Alan graduated magna cum lude from California Western School of Law, where he was selected for publication in the school’s law review journal and earned Academic Excellence Awards for the highest grade in eight classes. He graduated with honors from the University of California San Diego.

Alan was born and raised in San Diego, the son of commercial beekeepers. In his spare time, if he does not have a fishing line in the water, he is probably playing slow pitch softball.
