Mr. Weber was admitted to the California State Bar in 1982. He is a graduate of Whitworth College and Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. He has concentrated his civil litigation practice in the areas of business litigation, construction defect, real estate disputes, toxic tort, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, product liability and insurance defense. He has tried numerous cases to verdict throughout California. He has handled cases throughout Northern and Southern California and has argued a number of cases in the California Appellate Courts. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and San Diego Defense Lawyers.
