Debbie Elliott is an Associate with our firm. Her practice focuses on the defense of subcontractors and product manufacturers in complex civil litigation, including construction defect claims and contract disputes. Ms. Elliott has 18 years of experience defending subcontractor trade clients and insurance companies in complex civil litigation cases involving residential and commercial construction defect claims throughout Southern and Northern California and is well versed in all aspects of litigation. Through her years, Ms. Elliott has defended almost every subcontractor trade and has successfully settled hundreds of construction defect matters in litigation and pre-litigation, saving clients and insurance companies substantial amounts in litigation and defense costs.
Ms. Elliott earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University Sacramento in 1992. Ms. Elliott lives in Orange County with her husband of nineteen years and two teenage sons.
