Mr. Souza received his law degree from California Western School of Law in 1995 graduating as a senior editor on Law Review. Mr. Souza received his Undergraduate Degree from San Diego State University in 1992 in Business Administration and Accounting where he received the College of Sciences Award. Since being admitted to the California Bar in 1995, Mr. Souza has concentrated his efforts in areas including personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and representing manufacturers, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect cases. Mr. Souza has written articles and lectured regarding risk management and litigation strategy at the request of insurance companies and third-party administrators. Mr. Souza has handled cases through trial throughout Northern and Southern California and has represented national and international companies pro hac vice with the assistance of local counsel throughout the United States in both State and Federal Court.
