Kenya T. Tangonan is a partner with our firm. Her practice focuses mostly on defense of general contractors, subcontractors and product manufacturers in complex civil litigation, including construction defects in both commercial and residential projects, personal injury, premises liability, and contract disputes. Ms. Tangonan is an experienced litigator, practicing for fourteen years, and is well versed in all aspects of litigation. She has engaged in a number of arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences to obtain favorable results for her clients. She has also successfully defended numerous pre-suit litigation claims.
Ms. Tangonan earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law. She received her B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Law & Society with a Philosophy minor.
Ms. Tangonan is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. She is a current board member for Claims and Litigation Management’s San Diego Local Chapter.
