Kurt Hendershott has been practicing since 1987, when he received his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Oregon with a degree in business administration.  He has handled numerous cases involving personal injuries, wrongful death, catastrophic loss, employment matters (including state and federal discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour), and other matters to resolution either informally or through mediation.  He has a great deal of specific experience representing trucking and delivery companies, and automotive dealerships.  He has also tried a number of cases to successful jury verdicts and binding arbitration awards.  He has authored and argued writs and appeals, having been published on certain appeals.

Kurt grew up in Alaska and enjoys outdoor activities and sports.
