Mr. Pearsall graduated from California Western School of Law in August of 1992. He graduated from the University Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1987 with a finance degree. During law school, he interned for the Honorable J. Richard Haden and the Honorable Bernard E. Revak.

Mr. Pearsall was admitted to the California State Bar in June of 1993. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts in the Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California.

Since beginning practice twenty-one years ago, Mr. Pearsall has represented parties in premises liability, vehicle accidents, and other incidents resulting in bodily injuries. He has defended several major retailers and other business against slip and fall, trip and fall and other incidents giving rise to claims of bodily injuries. He has defended many companies and persons against claims for bodily injuries arising out of vehicle accidents and other incidents. In contrast to defending, Mr. Pearsall also has represented persons claiming bodily injuries from slip and falls, trip and falls, vehicle accidents and other incidents. Mr. Pearsall has successfully taken several of these matters to trial. Moreover, because he has both prosecuted and defended bodily injury claims, Mr. Pearsall has vast experience which he utilizes to assert pressure and leverage efficient and successful resolutions for his clients.

Arising out of his bodily injury experience, Mr. Pearsall began representing many companies regarding business formation, risk analysis, licensing compliance, litigation and collections. Mr. Pearsall’s litigation experience provides him actual first hand knowledge when advising businesses regarding risk and mechanisms to reduce that risk through business formation and compliance. Mr. Pearsall represents businesses in industries ranging from Temporary Services, to Medical Providers, to Entertainment Venues, to Retail, to Entertainers, to Housing. However, he predominantly has represented and represents Construction Developers, General Contractors, Subcontractors and Material Suppliers regarding business formation, risk analysis, licensing compliance, construction, construction litigation, construction defect litigation, and collections.

A natural evolution of Mr. Pearsall’s business practice was for him to represent the principals of those businesses regarding protecting their personal assets through various mechanisms including family businesses and estate planning. Naturally this practice has evolved into to providing the asset protection, family planning and estate planning services to other persons.

Mr. Pearsall played rugby for the University Wisconsin Eau-Claire, Milwaukee Rugby Football Club, and the Old Mission Beach Athletic Club (“OMBAC”). Retired as a rugger, he continues to support OMBAC and the rugby sport in general. He is a member of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. Mr. Pearsall is a Son of the American Legion and a Knight of Columbus. For the past 20 years Mr. Pearsall has been actively involved with the USMC Toys For Tots Toy Drive. In his spare time, he is devoted to his Girls – two little dachshunds, one was Miss. June 2012 in the Purina Mighty Dog Big Goy Little Dog Calendar. When he is free of the above, he plays the ukulele and sings off key, hacks at golf balls, falls off surfboards and rides his bike.
